TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement was last modified on 23th June 2017.

We may amend this Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting on the Website, without notice to you.
We may, from time to time, and without notice, change or add to the Website or the information, products or services described in it. We are not liable to you or anyone else if any error occurs in the information on the Website or if that information is not current.
Before using the Website or register an account, you must read the whole Terms and Conditions and all linked information.
By accepting this Terms and Conditions as you access our Website, you agree that this Terms and Conditions  will apply whenever you use the Website, or when you use the tools we make to interact within the Website. 
By registering an account you state that you had read and are agree to our Terms and Agreements.

WE-CONN
We-Conn is a platform that connects clients and freelancers. As the third party between clients and freelancers, We manage payments, oversee the running of a job project, and mediate disputes between clients and freelancers. 

CLIENTS
1. Clients refer to the party that posting a job and hire a freelancer on this portal.
2. You will be able to post a job after transfer the payment to us. The payment will be keep by us as a guarantee for your seriousness in hiring a freelancer. After completion of job, the payment will be transferred to the freelancer. If the freelancer does not able to complete the job, we will transfer the payment back to you or help you to find new freelancer by negotiating with you first.

FREELANCERS
1. Freelancers refer to users who accept and do job given by our clients via We-Conn.
2. You will be able to register on the Website if you:
a. Are university students or above (D1 or above)
You must, at our request to provide further information to us, which may include your university students card photo or certificate and or other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We will use the attached documents (photo, certificate, others) to verify your identity and will not publish it to public. 
b. Hold a valid email address
You have to take steps to confirm ownership of your email address. 
c. Have a bank account
This necessary required to transfer the payment to you.
3. All freelancer accounts are associated with individuals. Login credentials should not be shared by users with others. The individual associated with the account will be held responsible for all actions taken by the account, without limitation. 
4. We will not give freelancers any job within freelancers inactive period. Freelancers are able to change the activity status of their own account.

BLOCK ACCOUNT
We have the rights to block suspicious account or any account that proven to violate our terms and agreements.

COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to receive notices and information from us in respect of the Website and Services by electronic communication. You may withdraw this consent at any time, but if you do so we may choose to suspend or close your Account.
We do not allow you to communicate with client/freelancer outside of our website and apps. You state that WE-CONN does not have responsibility for any kind of loss or problem caused by communicating or dealing outside of our website and apps.

JOB
1. We forbid both our clients and freelancers to post or accept illegal job prohibited by Indonesian law.
2. Clients have to post the job in detail description to make sure the freelancers know and understand the clients need.
3. Freelancer have to read detail of job, fee, and the deadline before accepting the job. 
4. If you find suspicious job, let us know by sending report to us.
5. It is prohibited to use the work of others illegally in the form of duplication, mirroring, or else.

COMPLETION OF JOB
Freelancers have to claim the completion of job to clients. If clients do not respond, please report to us. We will contact the clients. If we can not get in contact with the clients in 3 days it means clients state that the job is completed and we can forward the payment to our freelancers. 

DISPUTES 
1. You acknowledge and agree that in the event that a dispute arises between you and client/freelancer in relation to any Project that you will first attempt to resolve any differences that you have in relation to such Project, including in relation to the quality of the services provided.
2. If you continue to have any difficulties or problems in relation to a dispute with the client in relation to a Project, Please “report to us”
You agree that we will help you in any disputes with client/freelancer. We will check the issue and negotiate for the best solving way. 
a. If we find that freelancer did not manage to finish the job because of his unprofessional behavior then we have the rights to cancel the job and will not give the payment to the freelancer. The payment will be transferred back to the client or we will help client to search for new freelancer to complete the job by asking to the client first.
b. If we find that the client has asked for more services from the initial request or different with the posted job, then we are entitled to decide that the work has been completed and forward the payment to the freelancer.

PENALTIES FOR FREELANCER
We have penalties for unprofessional freelancer who accepts a certain job then ignores his work, can not be contacted by client and not able to complete the job without negotiating with client as below :
1. If it happens for the first time since the freelancer registered on We-Conn, we will give a warning.
2. If it happens for the second time since the freelancer registered on We-Conn, we will block his account.

FEES, INVOICES AND TAXES
1. We charge commission fees for certain services from the client. The fee we offered to our freelancer is the nett fee.
2. For invoices, we do not have obligation to give invoices. But if you need invoice, please request to us.
3. The freelancer shall pay the tax on his income by his self and relieve us of any problems arising from personal taxes. 
4. If the client requested a tax on the job he gave, then he must make a request to our party by including the type of tax and nominal tax, the client must bear the cost of such taxes so that the fees for services that our freelancer received is a nett fee.

LIMITS & FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to suspend a User withdrawal request if the source of the funds is suspected to be fraudulent.
If we become aware that any funds received into an Account from another Account as a result of a fraudulent transaction, this will be reversed immediately. If those funds have already been released to you, you must pay the funds into your Account. If you do not do so, we may suspend, limit or cancel your account, or take action against you to recover those funds.

NO WARRANTY AS TO CONTENT
The Website is a dynamic time-sensitive Website. As such, information on the Website will change frequently. It is possible that some information could be considered offensive, harmful, inaccurate or misleading or mislabelled or deceptively labelled accidentally by us or accidentally or purposefully by a third party.
Without limiting the foregoing, we make no representation or warranty about:
1. The Website or any Clients Job Content or Freelancer Services;
2. The accuracy, reliability, availability, veracity, timeliness or content of the Website or Clients Job Contents or Freelancer Services;
3. Whether the Website or Seller Services or Freelancer Services will be up-to-date, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or non-misleading;
4. Whether defects in the Website will be corrected;
5. Whether the Website, any data, content or material will be backed up or whether business continuity arrangements are in place in respect of the Website, Clients or Freelancer Services;
6. Any third party agreements or any guarantee of business gained by you through the Website, Clients or Freelancer Services
